A Creative Sanctuary in East London

Our Search Team wasted no time and quickly discovered Netil House by Eat.Work.Art in East London, a sanctuary for creative businesses. Here, FAMM UK found a canvas that they could modify to reflect their collaborative and innovative work culture.

The office space, with its ideal location, offered everything they desired and more: 20 desks, a private meeting room, and a vibrant creative community. On-site amenities included the iconic rooftop spot, Netil360, as well as cafes, bars, and restaurants. Through skillfull negotiations, we successfully reduced the headline rent by an impressive £12,000 per annum.
