Tomal set up TSA Spaces in 2019 and has worked with start-ups and corporates alike providing the personal touch to a sterile industry. Having worked with one of the larger serviced brokers, Tomal believed tenants deserved better, that tenants deserved someone who viewed the business and the people as just that, people and not a simple transaction.

Having spent nine years, five of which as the MD of London’s fastest-growing construction team in London working with the likes of Red Bull, Badoo, and Methods, Joe knows the industry inside out. Joe understands the office is more than just the real estate you occupy. He believes the trick to a good workspace is understanding that the investment you make in the space should be focused on providing a platform for your people to prosper.

Demet graduated in Istanbul, after completing her studies in Architecture in Italy. She started her career working on a wide array of commercial projects ranging from hospitality to workspace. With 10 years of experience Demet, has developed an adeptness with every stage of project delivery, from concept design through to implementation, taking this forward into relevant and effective design.

Nathan began his journey in the commercial property sector as a business developer, quickly building expertise and passion for the industry. Now leading our partnerships and relationships as one of our Directors, Nathan has opened doors to collaborations with some of the UK’s leading commercial real estate providers. He’s forged new relationships with industry leaders and strengthened ties with clients like x+why and Metspace, enabling us to deliver incredible projects.

With over 7 years of experience, Tony brings a calm, hands-on approach to every project, always putting the client relationship first. Having managed projects ranging from £50,000 to £10,000,000, Tony ensures seamless delivery through clear communication, strong client relationships, and an unwavering commitment to quality across every stage of the build.

Curious and passionate about every design project she undertakes, Charlotte holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from the University of Falmouth in Cornwall. Since graduating in 2018, she’s immersed herself in various interior sectors, from marine to modular and commercial design. Charlotte’s range of experience has allowed her to take on any project, big or small, and create creative yet functional spaces that people can enjoy.

Francel is our workplace content, marketing and branding specialist. He has dedicated the past year to mastering the ins and outs of the office space industry, from search to design and build. Having worked with teams from global giants like BMW and MINI to dynamic startups like Let’s Do This, Francel has a unique understanding of how teams operate and how office spaces are utilised to foster success.

With six years of experience in the office space industry, spanning roles from Community Manager to Business Development Manager, Maciek brings a wealth of expertise to the team. Now as our Operations Manager, he ensures our services, projects, and day-to-day business run seamlessly.

With a degree in Business Management with Marketing from the University of Brighton and over a decade of experience in marketing management, Charlotte drives Soul Spaces’ marketing strategy. She ensures our message and values resonate with the right audience across social and digital channels.
