We’ve partnered with businesses of all sizes, from ambitious startups to global leaders.
For us, it’s not the size of the project that matters, but collaborating with like-minded teams who share our vision for soulful, high-performing, and sustainable workplaces.
PEOPLE & PLANET FIRST
We design and build office space that put people and the planet first.
Our commitment to social value and sustainability goes far beyond design. We believe in giving back and taking responsibility for the communities and world around us.
Here’s how we’re making a difference:
As a London Living Wage accredited employer, we ensure fair wages for everyone involved in our projects.
Each year, we plant 240 trees and offset 40 tonnes of carbon, working toward a more sustainable future.
Through Powerday, 100% of active waste from our sites is diverted from landfill. Instead, it’s carefully processed with: 63.22% recycled, 23.1% converted into energy, and 13.68% repurposed for land restoration.
We’ve delivered projects for, and continue to support, various charities including Haig Housing, STOLL, Barts Charity, Whizz Kidz, and Tackle Africa.
We’re unique in offering a bespoke service across your workplace journey: from the initial office search through to fit out. At Soul Spaces, we believe your people are your biggest asset. We find and build office spaces to maximise employee happiness and success.
