Tomal set up TSA Spaces in 2019 and has worked with start-ups and corporates alike providing the personal touch to a sterile industry. Having worked with one of the larger serviced brokers, Tomal believed tenants deserved better, that tenants deserved someone who viewed the business and the people as just that, people and not a simple transaction.

Nathan began his journey in the commercial property sector as a business developer, quickly building expertise and passion for the industry. Now leading our partnerships and relationships as one of our Directors, Nathan has opened doors to collaborations with some of the UK’s leading commercial real estate providers. He’s forged new relationships with industry leaders and strengthened ties with clients like x+why and Metspace, enabling us to deliver incredible projects.

Ayo has worked across the real estate industry for 3 years already despite his young age. His diligence, energy and enthusiasm for service and property has made him a real asset to Soul Spaces over the last 12 months. Ayo’s role is to ensure the details are captured on every project, that every viewing is booked in and to ensure the clients journey is a seamless and fun one.
