Chapel Place

Metspace commissioned us to modernise a tired office space at Chapel Place, which had not been refurbished for over five years. The main objective was to create a fresh, contemporary environment better suited to the needs of today’s flexible workspaces.

We developed a new desk layout tailored specifically to the client’s operational requirements, optimising the available space while fostering collaboration. A large breakout area was introduced to support social events and team meetings, providing a versatile space for both formal and informal gatherings.

Recognising the importance of privacy within an open-plan office, we also installed a dedicated phone booth for private calls and small meetings. The interior was transformed by using light colours and modern textures and finishes, effectively lifting the previously dated look and creating a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The entire project was completed within four weeks on site, adhering strictly to the £95,000 budget.

Throughout the process, we worked closely with metspace’s project manager to ensure minimal disruption to their operations and delivered a workspace that met their vision for a modern managed office environment.
