We recently delivered a full design & build project for Quilam, transforming their new Mayfair office in just 4 weeks with a spend of £40 per sq ft.
The brief was clear: create a workspace that feels elegant yet comfortable, bright, and welcoming. We split the layout into two distinct zones, a front-of-house space for hosting guests, and a back-of-house area designed for focused work.
To capture the Mayfair character, we introduced panelling, bespoke shelving, and curated artwork, giving the space an elevated, classic touch. A light, tonal palette was chosen to keep the environment open, airy, and inviting, while thoughtful detailing ensured the overall look felt grown-up but easy to inhabit.
The result is a workspace that perfectly balances style and substance, a place that supports both professional hosting and everyday productivity.
