Programme: 4 weeks

Soul Spaces were appointed to transform Yonda Tax’s first self-contained office following their move from a serviced workspace. The client had inherited a white-box layout that did not reflect their brand or support the way their team works day to day, and they were keen to create a space that felt modern, comfortable, and distinctly their own.

The brief centred around collaboration, teamwork, and problem solving. To support this, the existing layout was redesigned into a flexible open-plan workspace incorporating two meeting rooms, a large breakout area, and two acoustic booths to provide the team with a variety of settings for focused work, private calls, and group collaboration.

As part of the refurbishment, power and lighting were reconfigured to suit the new layout, ensuring the space functioned efficiently while supporting future growth. Brand colours were carefully integrated throughout the decoration and furniture, reinforcing Yonda Tax’s identity and creating a cohesive, recognisable environment.

The breakout space was maximised to act as a social and collaborative hub, featuring a new island unit, café-style seating, and informal collaboration tables. Additional furniture booths were introduced to give the team flexible spaces for impromptu meetings and quiet conversations.

Delivered within a four-week programme, the completed office provides Yonda Tax with a workspace that supports their culture, enhances collaboration, and gives the team a strong sense of ownership. The result is a practical, branded environment that reflects the business today while allowing room to evolve as it grows.
