Transforming a shell and core unit posed its unique challenges, demanding flexibility and swift decision-making on-site. Our team rose to the occasion, optimising the budget, floor plan, and installation of essential office amenities.

The project boasts a bespoke kitchen and tea point, wet room DDA compliant shower and brand-new HVAC system. The industrial ceiling is complimented by the minimalistic approach and slim light fittings to encourage as much ceiling height as possible and keep the space feeling timeless but modern.
