London Design and Build: What have we been up to?

It’s been a busy year, one where we have worked incredibly hard and of course, have been incredibly lucky to meet and work with so many amazing clients. Below are just some of the office design and build projects that have been keeping the team busy in the final stretch of 2023.

RANDSTAD

Randstad stands as one of the largest multinational recruitment companies, unless you live under a rock, you’ve likely come across them!

We have been working with their facilities team on rationalising their real estate at their HQ in Luton. The team had decided to release one and a half floors of workspace due to a focus on hybrid working for many teams across the business.

The release of the real estate freed up the budget allowing it to be used on improving the workplace for the teams who are housed there as well as creating a better user experience for those who visit.

Once all the phases are complete this will be a 20,000 sq. ft. refurbishment.

FACULTY AI

Once they procured their 15,000 sq. ft. office space in Old Street their attention turned to finding a fit out partner who could work fast, on budget and on time, meeting their detailed connectivity requirements and implementing a design that delved into the brand.

We were lucky enough to be chosen to deliver this 4-week £250k spend project. The project pushed us creatively as well as our delivery capabilities but the effort was worth it in the end. The project was delivered on time and is one of the most unique projects, design-wise, we have done to date.

ORB X

Orb X was moving from a small and pokey space on Cowcross Street to a bright and new space on Commercial Street. The colour palette was muted with pops of orange and we had a real focus on furniture quality.

The meeting room AV setup is as wireless as possible and the graphic design throughout is perfectly done. We think this is the perfect level of fit out for a workplace of this size, it will be an amazing base for the next three years!

ATTENSI

7,000 sq. ft. of pure design-led world class product and installations. There is a minimalist feel to the space but it feels perfectly full at the very same time.

The building manager and client have provided glowing references, our delivery team really excelled and delivered a level of finish that hums the best of the best.

This is a project we are really proud of and with a client who we have helped with three moves at this point. We look forward to doing more in the future!
