The brief
With a young and rapidly-expanding team, Apolitical needed a London workspace that would accommodate their growth. In 2022, they enlisted our help in finding a new, more spacious office, with their sights set on spaces in Westminster or Southwark.

The process
After chatting with Apolitical’s Chief Finance and Operations Officer to get a sense of what exactly the team were looking for, we embarked on an extensive office search across Westminster and Southwark.

The solution
Despite some initial challenges at the viewing stage, our dedicated office search efforts led us to Fora’s modern yet elegant Southwark location, a managed space designed with calm in mind. Our years of experience negotiating commercial real estate leases meant we were able to secure the space for the client for just £22,000 a month — over £5,000 less than the list price of £28,000 a month — for a period of 36 months.

The result
Since moving in, the Apolitical team has seen tremendous growth, having cultivated a dynamic and collaborative environment — one that aligns perfectly with their forward-thinking ethos.
