Despite the initial challenges of locating a suitable space, our dedicated efforts led us to explore Fora, Southwark – a renowned hub for design led workspaces and managed offerings. With adept negotiation skills and a tailored approach, we successfully secured a 36-month term at an attractive rate of £22k per month, significantly reduced from the original list price of £28k.
