Apolitical’s operations director reached out to us to help them find a new workplace in either Westminster or Southwark.

Following an extensive search across Westminster where no space was suitable for a young growing team, we organised a viewing of Fora, Southwark. Known for their design led workspaces and managed offering we were able to secure them a 36 month term at £22k per month, reduced from a list price of £28k.

The space has allowed them to flourish and attract more staff. The client enjoyed our detailed approach to every building shown and honest opinions and expertise provided during the viewing tours.
