Buzz 16

Buzz 16 is a leading sports entertainment production company founded by former professional footballer Gary Neville, Scott Melvin, and Diana Law. As their team continued to grow, they needed a space that could keep up with their pace and reflect their creative values.

They partnered with us to transform 8,500 sq. ft. of newly leased space at Power Road Studios, Chiswick. With fast Wi-Fi, wellness credentials and great amenities, the building laid a strong foundation. Our job was to bring the Buzz 16 brand to life.

In just five weeks, we delivered a full fit out including six edit suites, three meeting rooms, three private offices and a breakout area with a high-spec kitchen, all designed to support flexible working. A standout welcome area with sports memorabilia and branded details brought their content-led identity into the space.

Sustainability was a key consideration. We reused existing infrastructure where possible, selected low-impact materials like recycled laminate worktops, and helped avoid unnecessary waste by working with the existing layout.

The project was highly collaborative, with Buzz 16’s Head of Creative and CFO closely involved from start to finish, ensuring every detail hit the mark both creatively and practically. The result is a high-performing space with real soul, delivered at speed.
