MetSpace entrusted us with their 1,500 sq. ft. asset, requiring a complete fit out to create an appealing office solution. Our team efficiently redesigned the space, incorporating 15 desks, a newly installed tea point and meeting room, tailored for hybrid working in a growth-focused portfolio.

Emphasising environmental and economic sustainability, we carefully sourced materials, finishes and furniture from local partners, ensuring an affordable yet premium option in a highly connected business hub.

The project also involved installing all new mechanicals, lighting, HVAC systems and a modern skylight, replacing outdated elements. Within just 4 weeks of completion, the space was listed on the market and swiftly occupied by a hybrid team of 30.
