ORB X, a London-based eCommerce agency specialising in retail activation, were after a workspace that reflected their values and energised their growing team. Our mission: revitalise their office space with quality, sustainability and cost-efficiency in mind.

Capitalising on natural light, we built two new meeting rooms seamlessly integrated into the industrial theme. Upgrading workspace technology with a digital booking system and the latest AV equipment streamlined meetings and operational flow. Overhauling the space’s mechanics and installing new lighting and HVAC system prioritised the team’s well-being.

A new high-end tea point, featuring an industrial concrete aesthetic, seamlessly blended with the existing aesthetic. Crafty repurposed materials served as both storage and light partitions, separating the work zone from the breakout dining area.

New ergonomic desks and chairs enhanced comfort and encouraged the team to return to the office. We refreshed the main breakout zone with a mix of modern antique furniture and bold vinyl graphics, creating a premium yet industrial vibe.

We subtly integrated the ORB X brand through a painted skateboard deck culture wall and shelves showcasing client projects. This playful touch added personality while reinforcing the agency’s identity.
