Some workspaces don’t just need refreshing, they need repositioning. This multi-floor London office had become tired and outdated, no longer reflecting the energy and professionalism of a growing law firm.
Appointed by Osbornes Law, we delivered a full refurbishment and design and build solution, transforming the space into a modern, high-performing workplace.
The brief focused on two key elements: creating a ground floor breakout space as the social heart of the office, and refreshing the wider workspace with a more cohesive, contemporary design. This sat alongside a full upgrade of the building’s mechanical and electrical infrastructure, bringing power and lighting up to modern, compliant standards.
The ground floor was reimagined as a calm, flexible environment for informal meetings, downtime, and focused work. Across the upper floors, targeted updates including new booths, refreshed finishes, and a consistent material palette created a more unified and professional workplace.
Delivered within a live office environment, works were carefully phased floor by floor to ensure zero disruption to daily operations. The project completed in 16 weeks, on programme and without issue.
The result is a workplace that works as hard as the team within it, safe, modern, and reflective of a forward-thinking legal practice.
