Crafting a Modern Workspace
The Kite Factory’s previous office lacked character and the dynamic atmosphere a contemporary office space requires. Recognising the missing essence in the space, the Soul Spaces design and build team jumped in to revitalise the workspace, offering diverse settings and a design to empower the leadership team to inspire their people.
Reimagining the Environment
To bring the envisioned workspace to life, 60 desks were strategically removed to create more small meeting rooms and collaboration spaces. This transformation encouraged a new way of working, fostering increased collaboration and social interaction previously missing from the workplace.
