UBT is a global business advisory firm with a collaborative culture and passion for sustainability. They were on the lookout for a new London HQ that could accommodate their growing team, host events and leave a lasting impression on clients.
Initially seeking a serviced/managed office solution in Liverpool Street or Moorgate, we jumped in to help them understand space requirements and explore options. Through various rounds and comparisons, we guided them to One Finsbury Square, four floors of newly refurbished premium office space in Moorgate. Despite their initial preferences, we demonstrated the cost benefits of a traditional lease over a managed solution, even with higher upfront costs. We calculated that even with a full bespoke fit out, the savings were around £15,000 per month, £540,000 over a 3-year term!
Not only did UBT fall in love with the building, but they doubled their initial commitment, securing both the 5th and 7th floors for a total of 12,000 sq. ft.
We’ve worked with Dan and the UBT team on three office relocation projects now and witnessing their journey, from a 6-person office to a thriving 12,000 sq. ft. headquarters has been a privilege.
