Westminster City Council, the local authority for the City of Westminster, approached us to fit out a premium office space on Orange Street, Covent Garden. As the landlords of this prime London workspace, they needed the space to be ready for an incoming tenant and to meet the highest standards.
Project Scope: Our task was to deliver a high-quality fit out, aligning with the design and finishes of WorkPad, the London serviced office provider managing the property. This required close collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure the space reflected the same level of quality and consistency as the rest of the building.
