For their Whitechapel location, x+why needed a fast and seamless refurbishment to prepare the space for a new client. The brief was clear: move quickly, ensure precision, and manage the project in coordination with both the tenant and provider. With tight deadlines and high expectations, we stepped in to transform the space in just two weeks.
Our team worked swiftly, adjusting wiring and electronics, updating floor plates, refreshing finishes, and enhancing the existing fit out. The result? A polished, revitalised space ready to welcome new tenants without a hitch.
