Your space is guaranteed to be ready within 6 weeks of signing the lease. The fit out has not been completed on a speculative basis. It is waiting for your input, for your unique business needs.

Our research revealed that tenants’ primary concern is not time or simplicity, but rather the financial commitment to a leased space for a limited duration. This insight led to the creation of our BRIDGE offering.

All leases are three years, minimum term with a three month deposit. For our search, negotiation and top-tier office design services, you’re only responsible for a single fixed fee. Fee upon request and size of the office.
