After spending over five years in their previous office rental space, Samartin & Friends were ready for a change. With a growing team and a client base that values prestige and personal care, they sought a new office space for rent in London that would better reflect their brand and support future expansion. Initially, Belinda, the firm’s Operations Director, made multiple enquiries online and spoke with various agencies to explore office spaces for rent in London. Its proximity to Fenchurch Street, Bank, and Monument stations also made commuting easier for both the team and their clients, further enhancing its appeal.

Soul Spaces successfully negotiated the lease on their behalf, securing the office space for rent at 15% below the listed price. This provided excellent value for a prime London office space with top-tier amenities. We also assisted Samartin & Friends in exiting their previous lease, ensuring a smooth transition to the new workspace.

A month after moving into Orega Lime Street, we checked in with Belinda. She reported that the team was settling in well and they were extremely pleased with their choice. The location, amenities, and professional yet personal atmosphere have made their new office space a perfect fit.
